BEDMINSTER, NJ – An unlocked Bedminster vehicle was recently broken into in the township.
September 15 at 12:27 p.m .: Bedminster Police entered a Southfield Drive residence for a vehicle break-in. Upon arrival, the officer spoke to the owners of the vehicle who said an unknown person took their children’s tennis bags and equipment from the tailgate of the vehicle. They indicated that the theft took place between 7 p.m. on September 13 and 7 a.m. on September 14 and that their vehicle was not locked.

September 10 around 2:16 am: Bedminster Police observed a white Nissan Maxima traveling southbound on Route 206 in the Lamington Road area with a blocked windshield due to a tint. A motor vehicle stop was made on Route 202/206 southbound just before the southbound entrance ramp of I-287. As a result of the investigation, passenger David Diaz, 45, of Bethlehem, Pa., Was arrested for possession of controlled dangerous substance (CDS) marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. September 14 at 1:01 p.m .: Bedminster Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Lamington Road and Route 206. As a result of the investigation, Mary Warner, 54, of Califon, was arrested for driving while driving. intoxicated and issued motor vehicle summons for tailgating, reckless and reckless driving. September 15 at 3:33 am: Bedminster Police initiated a motor vehicle stop on a white Subaru Legacy on Route 206 near the Church of the Hills. September 16 at 1:33 p.m.: Shpresim Shabaj, 20, of Brooklyn, New York, responded to the Bedminster Police Headquarters to fulfill a Bedminster warrant. Shabaj posted a $ 200 bond and was treated and released.
